Replacement

If you need a replacement, simply send the product back to the Urban Wear warehouse. Delivery charges for returning the item will be paid by the customer.

Refunds are not applicable on parcels that were initially sent for replacement.

If a product has already been replaced once and a second size change is requested, Urban Wear holds the right to decline the request — especially if the requested size is out of stock. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

If a product is replaced with another item of lower value, a store credit/coupon for the price difference will be issued. No cash refunds will be provided in this case.
Refund

If you receive a damaged product, we’ve got you covered — the full amount paid, including delivery charges, will be refunded.

If you change your mind and want to return a product just because you didn’t like it, Rs. 200 (delivery) + Rs. 400 (handling charges) will be deducted. The rest will be refunded.

Refund requests must be made within 3 working days of delivery. After that, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.

QisstPay orders are not eligible for refunds — they can only be replaced.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and cleared by our quality check team.
